Billing and Payment

Bills will be provided at the time of the appointment. Payment will be expected at the time of the visit. We are not able to accept credit cards. If individual circumstances require a different plan, please call the office prior to your appointment to discuss the matter.

  • Fee for the initial evaluation and report (2 to 3 hours) $575.00
  • O.T. Evaluation $250.00
  • Fee for follow-up sessions (45 minutes) $125.00
  • Fee for O.T. follow-up sessions (45 minutes) $115.00 
  • Fee for On-site Floortime $50.00
  • Fee for conference call (30 minutes) $60.00

Policy for Cancellations and Changing Appointments

If you need to cancel an appointment, please give 48 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment 48 or more hours in advance, you will not be held responsible for the appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment and the appointment cannot be filled, you may be held financially responsible for 50% of the session. These policies are in place because of the high volume of people that come from out of town. We understand there are certain situations when you must cancel within 48 hours and a charge will not apply.
