DIR Support Services Co-Directors
Tim Bleecker, a graduate of Kenyon College,
has worked in the past with Dr. Greenspan and
colleagues, specifically in the areas of visual spatial,
motor, and social skills. This included working
with a wide range of children with developmental
and learning challenges using the DIR model.
He also worked with groups of children on social,
motor and sports training, and helping parents
develop programs for home and school. Over the
past few years Tim and Jake have continued to
work with Dr. Greenspan, present workshops on
the DIR/Floortime model, and help families as
co-directors of DIR Support Services.
Jake Greenspan, also a graduate of Kenyon College,
has also worked in the past with Dr. Greenspan and
colleagues, specifically in the areas of visual spatial, motor, and social skills, as well as Interactive
Metronome training. His work included teaching 6th, 7th, and 8th grade at a school specializing in learning differences. During this time he also
worked with children with a range of developmental and learning challenges using the DIR
model. Over the past few years Jake and Tim have continued to work with Dr. Greenspan, present
workshops on the DIR/Floortime model, and help families as co-directors of DIR Support Services.
